Kim Garam thanks fans for the Gangnam billboard

On November 16, fans of Kim Garam launched a birthday billboard in Gangnam to celebrate the birthday of the former LE SSERAFIM member. (Read here for more information).

A few hours ago, Kim Garam uploaded a picture on her best friend's Instagram account. In the Instagram story, she took a picture in front of the ad and thanked fans, as she wrote, "THX <3."

On November 16, Kim Garam celebrated her 17th birthday; HAPPY BIRTHDAY to GARAM!

At 16, she's suffered so much viral harassment, threats and judgement this past year by Korean and international netizens. To see this kind of public support even after all this time... this gesture is probably very meaningful. Hope she's doing well!

Completely regardless of how you feel about the situation. She’s clearly paid a HEAVY price for her actions and let’s not ignore that she was literally a child. We’ve all behaved in ways that our current selves would be ashamed of. I hope she continues grow and can recover in some way from everything.
