HYBE Chairman Bang Si Hyuk talked about BTS as being the growth engine of the company he founded.

On November 10, HYBE released the video '2022 HYBE BRIEFING WITH THE COMMUNITY’ to the world through the HYBE Labels YouTube channel.

The company briefing video contains the contents of how labels, artists, and various independent corporations and business divisions that have been using a multi-label strategy under an organic cooperation system are innovating the music industry.

The video of the company briefing started by asking questions about the factors that act as the pivotal point and driving force in the fast-paced innovation and business expansion process. In this company briefing held under the theme of 'coevolution,' various figures forming the HYBE community appeared and introduced the direction of the company through the process of finding answers to questions given to each.

In the video, not only members of HYBE's major business branches such as labels, solutions, and platforms, but also HYBE Labels artists, Chairman Bang Si Hyuk, and CEO Park Ji Won also appeared to introduce the company ideas.

Chairman Bang Si Hyuk stated, “Not being afraid of new attempts is the DNA of HYBE.”

He added, "For the fans who are waiting for the artist's new music and new look, the content we create should be the best." Chairman Bang emphasized that this is the same as the ground rule that the HYBE community has respected.

It also included a message of gratitude to BTS and fans and shared HYBE's will to continue to bond with ARMY.

Chairman Bang Si Hyuk delivered a thank-you message saying, “We were able to reach this far thanks to BTS. They were our starting point and the driving force throughout the way.” He also asserted that "we could not take a single step without ARMY. We've went through everything together in the process. Being together for 10 years make you a sort of family,” and thanked BTS fans for serving as a communication target, promoter, marketer, and guide to keep HYBE from going in the wrong direction.

CEO Park Ji Won appeared at the end of the video and briefly announced the activity plans of HYBE Label artists such as &TEAM, TXT, Seventeen, Fromis_9, NewJeans, and LE SSERAFIM. He also promised to inform the fans of the results of various projects being promoted along with the activities of the artists before anyone else.

CEO Park Ji Won said, "There are many questions and homework that are thrown at HYBE, and there are many things that have weight." He added and concluded the briefing by saying, "While looking for a plan B or plan C if A is not viable, and we want to use that heavy responsibility as a guiding principle. The path of evolution should be one of mutual growth with the HYBE community who are watching this video. HYBE has been able to expand and grow without boundaries because it has evolved through the exchange and development of influences with fans, talented artists, and partners in various industries.
