On August 1, HYBE's sub-label, ADOR's new five-member girl group NewJeans made their debut with the group's first self-titled mini-album 'New Jeans.' The group quickly caught everyone's attention with their songs, making the album debut at a high placement on iTunes charts in various countries worldwide.

First, 'New Jeans' landed at #2 on the worldwide iTunes album chart and entered the European iTunes album chart at #12. Further, the album hit #1 on iTunes 'Top Album' chart in a total of 9 countries, including Finland, Indonesia, Russia, Thailand, and more. It also ranked second iTunes 'Top Album' chart in Japan and entered the top 10 on US iTunes.

As of August 3 at 6 PM KST, the album is still charting at #1 on iTunes Indonesia and Vietnam. It also still ranked among the top 10 albums in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, and more.

In particular, the title tracks from the album, "Attention", "Hype Boy", and "Cookie" also entered iTunes 'Top Song' chart in several countries across the globe, signaling the strong start of the newly debuted girl group.
