"V paints a picture through his music" Weverse Magazine talks about how "V's Music Paved The Way For Unique Voices In The World Of Music"

As the hype around BTS V's first-ever mixtape slowly reaches its peak along with the potential of a solo career ahead for BTS members, HYBE released an article in #Weverse_Magazine about V's soulful music and his journey to becoming a highly accredited musician, producer, and lyricist along with already being a versatile vocalist.

Further fortifying how "In the tenor-saturated world of K-pop, a baritone reigns supreme."

Starting with "Hold me tight" as his first-ever work in direction of the song production, V's growth as an artist can be seen through each song he worked through, till Snow flower, as per the magazine.

One of the BTS's producers, Pdogg upraised his growth as a musician and interest in mixings, being the first vocal line member to drop solo music in 2019, "scenery was the turning point for him as an artist, to build his own identity in music other musicians can recognize."

Another hybe lyricist and producer, Hiss Noise, was full of prises since V amplifies the emotions of songs through his music and lyrics. He called “Sweet Night” the “product of V’s leadership, from views on the musical elements to the theme.

...for a personal project like ‘Sweet Night,’ their tastes (the artist aka Tae) really influence the production."

V’s music often provides listeners with a space in which to fully immerse themselves; his music conveys comfort that’s anything but stereotypical, his songs bring everyday emotions that are difficult to seize upon to life through a diverse use of lyrics, melody, and sound. In his words, they’re like films captured in song.

V (with not so many yet not so few years of experience ) has managed to establish a prominent musical identity, a trademark, and specific elements when it comes to songwriting that all artists chase throughout their careers and can take decades to achieve. V's existing songs showcase his musical identity immensely to the point Nam Hye Seung, the song director of "Our Beloved Summer," listened to V’s music right from the planning stages and made 'Christmas Tree' with him in mind from the beginning. The result was a song that touches on the emotions V had already exuded in his existing songs.

V’s catalog of songs has slowly but surely grown over time, and already other musicians can get a clear feel for the image of his music. We can't wait for his mixtape to get more songs from him as a singer, songwriter, and producer.

V ‘s baritone voice reigns supreme in a tenor saturated world. Awesome 👏👏👏
