BTS's RM reported to have earned a profit of ~ $800,000 USD after selling his 'Hannam The Hill' residence

According to media outlet reports, BTS member RM has sold his 'Hannam The Hill' residence, earning a marginal profit of ~900 million KRW (~ $ 806,000 USD). 

Reports say that RM sold his 'Hannam The Hill' residence back in March of this year, after purchasing the residence at 4.9 billion KRW (~ $4.4 million USD) in November of 2019. 

As of 2021, the 'Hannam The Hill' apartment complex is considered the most expensive complex in all of South Korea. The complex is known for being home to celebs including Kim Tae Hee, Han Hyo Joo, So Ji Sub, as well as some of South Korea's top corporation owners. 

Until 2019, 'Hannam The Hill' was known by fans as BTS's shared dorm. Then, the following year, the members officially moved out of their shared dorm to live independently. Members RM and Jin continued to reside in 'Hannam The Hill' by purchasing single homes at the complex.
