On April 3, SBS issued an official statement to confirm that TV personality Park Soo Hong and his mother will be leaving the cast of 'My Little Old Boy' temporarily. 

The broadcasting station stated, 

"We would like to notify that Park Soo Hong and his mother have relayed their wishes to take a break from 'My Little Old Boy'. 

Both Park Soo Hong and his mother sent their apologies to viewers for causing concern, and also asked for understanding from the production staff.

'My Little Old Boy' will be respecting the wishes of Park Soo Hong and his mother.

As a result, we ask for viewers' understanding and support."

As previously reported, Park Soo Hong is currently pursuing legal action against his older brother, who is said to have embezzled Park Soo Hong's life's earnings from the past 30 years. Park Soo Hong has also personally addressed the issue and stated that his mother and father had no knowledge of the issue, and asked netizens to refrain from malicious comments against his parents.
