Lawyer states that Kim Gun Mo will probably face 3 years of imprisonment if found guilty of sexual assault

Kim Gun Mo is likely to face three years in prison if found guilty for sexual assault. 

On the December 12 broadcast of 'Section TV', the show brought on a legal expert who stated that if the story of the victim is true, Kim Gun Mo is facing "at least three years of imprisonment. However, if the victim is found to be lying, she could face 7 years of imprisonment."

So, she could get 7 years for lying. But those pricks got 5 and 6 years for doing outrageous things to multiple people.

note: I'm not saying she's lying, just comparing prison sentences.

Justice, ha. 3 years for sexual abuse and 7 years for a false accusation. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that people who slander others should go unpunished, but 3 years for sexual assault? (which he most probably won't get, even if he is guilty.)

That's why his (alleged) victims first and foremost want to kill his career. It will hurt him more.
