On January 13, Soobin was revealed as the second member of Big Hit Entertainment's newest boy group TXT. He made his official debut with the group on March 4, 2019 with their debut mini album, The Dream Chapter: Star.
The debut album Dream Chapter: Star according to Billboard 200 was at No. 140 in the United States, making it the highest-charting debut album by an all-male KPOP group.
