SHOULD OTHER IDOL COMPANIES BE INVESTIGATED OF MISTREATING THEIR ARTISTS?

Image result for renjun at sbs inkigayo
Idol companies are known to mistreat the idols and most times then not the mistreatment comes from a manager be biased towards a certain member or members.

Recently fans have uploaded videos or fancams of NCT Dream member RenJun after SBS "Ingakiyo" on July 28 looking lost and confused after being left in the rain alone and without an umbrella. Reportedly one of the female managers sat in the last seat of the car instead of giving it to RenJun then told him that there was another car but never told him where it was and never gave him an umbrella. This was also reportedly the same manager that told RenJun not to talk about Winwin in a recent Vlive that they did. Fans were very concerned and outraged over the managers actions because Saesang fans could've gathered around RenJun seeing as how he was unprotected.
According to a Jeno fansite this same manager has touched Jeno multiple times without his consent. She can be described as "not being able to control her own loving hands"( sorry this part is short there still isnt alot of info on this topic)

Pledis Entertainment is known as one of the worst (if not the worst) idol company in all of kpop. They have a history of mistreating their idols (I would say they control their idols but all companies do that). Last year around October-November Seventeen fans (karats) have found proof of pledis and their staff mistreating and stealing gifts given to Seventeen members by their fans and even managers stealing money from seventeen members. This abuse and mistreatment goes all the way back tp when they were trainees and fans have been said to witness these mistreatment's. one fan said they witnessed Wonwoo being threatened after speaking Satoori (dialect/accent) and a manager told him to see him afetr practice.

My question for you is should these companies be investigated for mistreatment or will all this just continue to be ignored? (if my title is misleading just tell me🙂)

sorry there isn't much i tried to find more but the links kept leading to ads or the sites said it was deleted so if y'all have any other stories just write it in the comments.🤷

Voices of trainee idols are still not represented by a Union. It is a shame, unless the trainees are abused physically in extreme, the others have no way to speak for themselves. This industry brings in so much economy for SK but it is still one of the worst regulated industry. So much abuse and bully goes on in the background.
