Is Red Velvet making a comeback?

On June 4 KST, the SM Entertainment girl group released a teaser image for 'The ReVe Festival' with the date June 19, 2019. Various assumptions are forming around the ambiguous image resembling a coin. Many fans are hoping it's signaling at Red Velvet's comeback.
