NU'EST Minhyun's mom talked about living apart from her son due to his idol dreams.
On the May 3 airing of MBC's 'I Live Alone,' Minhyun revealed his single home for the first time and also went on a date with his mom. While at a cafe together, Minhyun's mom said, "Time flies. It's been about 8 years since you moved to Seoul by yourself."
Minhyun lived apart from his family for his idol career.
Minhyun's mom continued, "You moved on your own at such a young age. That makes me sad. Others have many memories about their kids, on how they caused trouble and stuff but I don't know how your puberty went by and that bothers me."
She added, "It was hard watching NU'EST's debut days when no one knew you guys. You were so playful when you were little. It's upsetting and also a bit unfamiliar to see a grown man like this. You've matured fast."
Minhyun assured his mom, stating, "I'm living well with no concerns."
