TS Entertainment has lengthened the lawsuits against former SECRET members Hyosung and Ji Eun.

On April 12, reports stated the label is preparing a suit against Hyosung for damages related to violating her contract. In September 2017, Hyosung filed a suit against TS Entertainment for insufficient payment, but the agency has denied the claims, stating her contract ends in 2021. When Hyosung signed with Tommy & Partners Entertainment in October of 2018, the courts ruled in her favor. 

TS Entertainment then filed an appeal and claimed Hyosung's allegations were only partially backed by the courts. The agency is now filing a counterclaim against Hyosung to seek compensation for violation of the exclusive contract. 

The label, who is also filing a suit against Ji Eun, stated, "Though Ji Eun's contract was not expired, she one-sidedly informed us of her contract termination with proof of content in May of 2017, and she signed a new contract with an agency in January of 2019." The former SECRET member recently canceled her contract with Haewadal Entertainment.
