A Blue House petition to investigate the mysterious figure Shim Madam has been created.

Shim Madam, whose birth name is Shim Mi Young, is suspected to be involved in cover-ups, providing prostitutes at parties, enabling gamblers, drug dealing, getting artciles deleted from Naver and has been linked to multiple suicides.

The deadline is set for the 12th of April, meaning less then two weeks are left to gather the needed 200K votes for the proposition to be considered.

    Madam Shim sounds like an urban legend (read about her on the net - I think in relation to the Jang JaYeon case). Is she real or just a story told to scare kids from clubs and escorts.
