Hwang Hana (31) has stated that another celebrity had solicited her drug use.
On April 6 KST, SBS's '8 O'Clock News' reported that Hwang Hana, the ex-fiancee of JYJ's Yoochun and the granddaughter of Namyang Dairy Products founder, admitted to her use of Philopon back in 2015, and that she had returned to using illegal drugs again in 2018 "at the suggestion of a celebrity friend 'A'." Her lawyer also clarified that she had used drugs in the city of Busan several times back in 2015.
As announced, the investigation of her drug use took place on April 4 when Hwang Hana was arrested by the Gyeonggi Nambu Provincial Police. A day after, it was discovered that she was suspected of using clonazepam, a prescription drug used to treat various cases of panic disorder.
Following the testimony that the distributor may have been a celebrity, the police and the public are now working to discover his or her possible identity. Furthermore, netizens have begun to link the case back to the recent investigations of 'Burning Sun'.
