CEO of 'Burning Sun' sues alleged victims of the assault controversy

BURNING SUN

CEO Lee Moon Ho of 'Burning Sun' club has taken legal action.

On February 8, the legal representative of Lee revealed he has taken legal action against Kim Sang Kyo and the woman, who claimed to be assault victims, for defamation of character and false allegations.

Lee's side stated, "The respondent suffered from major damages due to false information and accusations on drugs, etc." Lee also plans to sue around 100 netizens who left malicious comments regarding 'Burning Sun.'

'Burning Sun,' the club operated by Big Bang's Seungri, has been making headlines for issues on drug use and assault. Recently, Dispatch uncovered disturbing messages exchanged among 'Burning Sun' employees. Meanwhile, Seungri has apologized and explained his position on the issue.

The idol stated, "I have never seen nor heard of such talks, so if I must be questioned during investigations, then I will actively participate in the inquiries and hope that anyone who has committed a crime gets their rightful punishment."

Of course they’d try and stop the victims getting justice. There’s enough evidence of all of this happening. Fucking awful human beings they are.

Seungri should also be held accountable for this. Vile men... Just admit your wrongdoings

hold someone accountable (for something)

and hold someone responsible (forsomething)

to consider someone responsible for something; to blame something on someone. Don't thank me, sis!

There's a thing called 'accomplice by omission' in which someone who knew about a crime that has been happening but do nothing to prevent it or inform the authorities about it can be held responsible. And taking in account the Kakao Talk chat rooms Dispatch made public, he clearly knew this was happening, despite the fact of he were or not involved, so in a court room he could be held accountable because he didn't report it.

and that's why there is no justice because money and power wins. How the duck can victims seek help when the criminal can avoid punishment like This? I hope justice and truth will win. Clubs are known to do these things and it's obvious this club is corrupt

This part, quoting the AKP ARTICLE " ... 'Burning Sun,' the club operated by Big Bang's Seungri ... " ... NOT clear to me just how 'hands on' that SEUNGRI was, in the 'day-to-day' operations of that CLUB. I would say that it SEEMS that SEUNGRI was PRESENT there at the CLUB fairly often. But, the manner of say just HOW (drugs?) that MAYBE some female was 'made available' (matched up) for SEUNGRI ; I am NOT clear that SEUNGRI did ask that many questions of the CLUB STAFF. I don't really care much for SEUNGRI's 'clubbing' attitude. And it seems ODD to be somewhat defending SEUNGRI here.

Of course any company has the right to defend them their name. And yes of course those thousands of netizens who were at the club that night and saw it all happened will still be convinced the club is being even shadier by coming out in the open to the public with this case. I'm just gonna sit back and watch. Seriously! The internet is ran a bunch of idiots and trolls. Myself included

this dude has nothing to lose. if he doesn't fight back hes autmatically deemed guilty. and he has a good case. just because its a no brainer hookers and drug users happen at gangnam clubs it doesn't mean theres proof of witness or text messages that shows he directly saw it or approved of the sex or drugs to be allowed so the accusers can't provide the evidence the owner knew they are screwed.

Good.

It's ridiculous that even when 'victims' are outed as liars (or in this case, with the woman, ADMIT they were NOT victims), netizens continually think the target is dirty. I'm over it. There obviously are establishments where this kind of thing goes on, and there are employees in some establishments who do this kind of thing. That does NOT mean that every single club is drugging female clients to give to male clientele, ipso facto. Sheesh.

It SEEMS like there was some 'drug games' being played at that CLUB, with Female patrons as targets of it. But, it is UNCLEAR just WHO knew what about SOME of the STAFF *likely* being a bit 'drug corrupt' if you will. I see where AKP ARTICLE refers to SEUNGRI as "operator" of the CLUB. Which, NOT CLEAR to me how much that SEUNGRI was 'hands on' and 'knowing' of ALL that was 'going down' at that CLUB.

Drugs game such as these is so common. The VIP room is prefect for them to use. The club will take care of cleaning after the clients. The patrons will just have to pay for more service. Seungri frankly is not the issue here. The club practise is the main problem. Burning star is one of many club like this.

Until women take control and protect themselves and keep and eye of their friends. Then they will less likely be victims. Scums are always around, many in the clubs preying on their next victim. Why make it easy for them?

Nothing at all to show Seungri knew about the daily interactions of employees & club clientele. Also nothing much to show anything heinous. The cops are investigating because of the allegations brought forward, some of which have been shown as inaccurate or even false. The club itself (NOT Seungri mind - he already resigned, in accordance with MS procedures) is suing those persons who have admittedly made false accusations, or have been shown to have done so, including several ex-employees (who I do believe released those texts)
So there's a great deal of WTF going on here, and nothing very much proven whatsoever.

It's time for you to stop acting like a self-hating delusional clown and maybe even get some help. Are you camping even for random oppah you don't know now? That's a new level of pathetic.
