On the December 4th installment of 'Idol Room', Baekho opened up about completely selling out fitness magazines featuring his sculpted form. When asked why he started exercising, the NU'EST W member expressed, "I'm the kind of person who usually gains weight often. That's why when we promoted, we would usually starve ourselves."
He continued, "However, recently I figured I should eat and lose weight at the same time. I saw how my body changed, and that's when exercise started becoming fun for me."
