Happy Face Entertainment has released an official statement regarding the expiration of Dal Shabet member Woohee's exclusive contract.

"We would like to notify that Dal Shabet member Woohee's contract with us has come to an end. Since joining Dal Shabet in 2012, Woohee worked harder and more passionately than anyone in all of her promotions. She has greeted you all not only in singing, but also in acting and various fields.
Happy Face Entertainment held a serious and deep conversation with Woohee regarding her contract, and we've come to a decision to cheer on each other's future paths. We would like to thank Woohee for walking with Happy Face Entertainment during all this time. We promise that we will cheer Woohee on in her promotions as her reliable former home."
The label made no mention in regard to the future of Dal Shabet as a group in its official statement, only thanking fans for their support. Currently, there are no members of Dal Shabet left under Happy Face Entertainment.

Woohee is so talented, all of the Dal Shabet members are. As soon as Dreamcatcher got popular, HF neglected Dal Shabet and the other members. Woohee could’ve been a huge solo star, she has the talent and charisma, same as Serri! I hope another agency can give her a solo career she deseves
