Rapper Black Nut (28) has received his sentencing for KittiB's defamation of character case against him.
On October 18, the Seoul Central District Court oversaw the final trial of KittiB's lawsuit against Black Nut, and the courts sentenced him to 1 year of prison and 2 years of a suspended sentence. He was found guilty of defamation of character against the fellow rapper.
As previously reported, KittiB filed a lawsuit against Black Nut in June of 2017 due to lyrics he wrote in his track "Indigo Child". His lyrics state, "I'll be honest. I jacked off to KittiB's picture, but that was before 'Unpretty Rapstar'," and "I wouldn't screw KittiB if she was given to me for free." He also reportedly made lewd gestures during a live performance of the song.
