Rhymer, the CEO of Brand New Music, talked about Park Woo Jin and Lee Dae Hwi's upcoming plans.
On October 10, Star News released an interview with Rhymer who talked about his career as a producer, Brand New Music artists, and more.
During the interview, one question for Rhymer regarded Park Woo Jin and Lee Dae Hwi. The two idols will be returning to Brand New Music after Wanna One's impending disbandment.
Regarding their plans after Wanna One, Rhymer said, "We have continuously communicated and talked about the two people's plans following the end of Wanna One promotions. What's important is not what form they will become but how they will show their strengths, charms, and talents they couldn't show in Wanna One. I believe they will be in a form where they can show those things more ideally. There are many members in Wanna One and there are many who need the spotlight so it wasn't enough for the two to show their charms and talents. I plan to promote them in a form where they can flourish those aspects [they couldn't show in Wanna One]."
While also talking about the Brand New Music duo MXM, Rhymer mentioned the Brand New Boys (Lee Dae Hwi, Park Woo Jin, Lim Young Min, and Kim Dong Hyun), and revealed they're working to make their official debut as a full group next year. He commented, "I plan to work very hard on this since fans are really looking forward to it."
