Court suspends Hyosung's contract with TS Entertainment

Hyosung's contract with TS Entertainment has been temporarily suspended. 

According to an exclusive report by Star News on September 27, the Seoul Western District Court decided to suspend Hyosung's contract with TS Entertainment. This means the idol will be able to temporarily promote solo without TS Entertainment's involvement. 

Earlier this year, Hyosung has sued TS Entertainment for missed payments and violation of the contract. She has demanded contract nullification, however, TS Entertainment stated they have no intentions of coming to an agreement with Hyosung. 

The next trial for Hyosung and TS Entertainment case is scheduled for October 12.
