TS Entertainment stated that they will not be nullifying Hyosung's contract.
Hyosung and TS Entertainment attended their 4th court hearing on August 29. TS Entertainment's lawyer said, "We have no intention to come to an agreement with Hyosung. It is our hope that this situation is resolved amicably. However, if the plaintiff ends the case on her discretion, it's the same as saying that we can no longer function as an entertainment label."
The lawyer also said, "We will not be nullifying the plaintiff's contract. We will talk about coming to an agreement if the plaintiff returns the contract fees she received. From our point of view, it's not very precise if she says she's canceling the contract due to personal reasons."
The next hearing is set for October 12.
