Seungri just dropped "1, 2, 3!" and his first solo album 'The Great Seungri', and during his V Live app on July 20, he revealed, "This was the first time I worked with producer Teddy solo. Teddy said, 'I want to make a song that's possible for Big Bang's Seungri,' and he made a song that's pleasant and energetic."
He continued, "To be honest, Black Pink's Jennie recorded '1, 2, 3!' first, but the opinion was that the song would better by a male vocalist, so I got to sing it. When I did sing it, it matched me so well. It was meant to be a really heavy, impressive song, but I put my own bright twist on it."
