On June 22, Media Line Entertainment shared a warning via The East Light's official Twitter. The agency stated,
"Hello, this is Media Line Entertainment.The notice regards the recent incidents that have violated our artists' privacy. The East Light members are suffering from the violation of privacy through phone calls and Kakao Talk. Obtaining and spreading the members' personal information, and attempting Kakao Talk chat or phone calls are all illegal acts violating privacy.Media Line Entertainment is trying our best to protect our artists. Therefore, we plan to take strict legal action against the acts violating our artists' privacy from now on.We ask you to stop the acts that violate our artists' privacy at this point. Media Line Entertainment supports mannerly and orderly fashioned fandom culture from Sunnies. Please set a proper example of healthy fandom. Thank you."
