The rapper made an appearance on a variety show for the first time in 2 years through the June 26 broadcast of MBC's 'I Live Alone'. Simon D concerned the viewers with constant coughs and energyless motions. While watching Simon D's segment, Jun Hyun Moo commented, "I can't tell if he's at home or at a hospital."
Simon D shared he was unable to sleep due to his new album production. He said, "I no longer have an appetite, materialistic desires, and even sex drive." The rapper revealed he's been working on his new album for 6 months.
Han Hye Jin commented, "You really did thin down too." Simon D replied, "I used to weigh 62kg (137lbs) but now I'm 57kb (126lbs)."
