Musical actor trainee A's sudden death after cosmetic limb lengthening surgery is making headlines.
According to reports, the 23-year-old A met with a physician at an orthopedic surgery hospital in Seoul in 2016 to discuss surgeries to make him taller. He decided to undergo limb lengthening surgery on his legs, but just 5 days after the surgery, A unexpectedly passed away.
Official reports state A died due to pulmonary thromboembolism, a blockage in an artery that resulted from surgery complications. However, it's reported A's father has not accepted his death and has been in a legal battle with the hospital for the past 2 years.
