During the May 19 broadcast of the variety program, Hyoyeon asked the question, "What did I realize/feel after coming on 'Knowing Brothers' [the first time]?" After many guesses, the answer came up which was that "Kang Ho Dong is an attention seeker."

The MC looked perplexed and so, Hyoyeon explained, "All celebrities enjoy talking about themselves and equally enjoy it when others talk about them. But Kang Ho Dong is especially good at talking about himself. Also, when someone else is talking, he's very good at subtly adding his own episode to the story." She continued, "He makes a lot of cute gestures - this is okay the first 2-3 times but it's not easy to repeat this over 10 times."

Hyoyeon finished by saying, "I think of it as an ability because there are times on variety shows when I also have related stories but I can't seem to add onto it well enough. You have to be able to do it shamelessly so you can get more screen time. I thought I needed to learn from Kang Ho Dong but seeing his level, he's an attention seeker," making everyone burst into laughter.
