Former EXO�member Tao has been cast as the head producer on the upcoming Chinese version of Mnet's 'Produce 101'.

On the upcoming show, Tao will be taking the place of head producer, which actor Jang Geun Suk�took in the Korean airing.�Unlike a previous Chinese show that came under controversy for plagiarizing the format of 'Produce 101', the network in charge of the upcoming series legally bought the rights from Mnet according to reports.
The current lineup of the overseas 'Produce 101' includes UNIQ�member Yibo and�Taiwanese star Show Lo�as dance trainers, while Cosmic Girls' Xuan Yi�and Mei Qi will be appearing as trainees.
The show is expected to air in April.
