According to an exclusive report by Hankook Ilbo on February 5, Song Hye Kyo's condo in Manhattan finally was sold for $1,875,000 on the 19th of last month.

Back in 2008, Song Hye Kyo purchased the condo located near Central Park for $1.74 million. Then in April 2016, Song Hye Kyo put out the condo for sale at a price of $2.2 million. The listing price dropped to $1.9 million then to $1.87 million in April 2017. Song Hye Kyo put out the condo for rent in March 2016 as it continued to remain out on the market. After 2 years, the condo has finally been sold.
Meanwhile, Song Hye Kyo has been taking a break from productions since her wedding with Song Joong Ki in October.
