After some time, some fans have started to notice one particular member in the photo who looked very familiar, which was none other than Red Velvet's Wendy! Fans pointed out this interesting coincidence which eventually reached the ears of Alyssa Gagliardi herself but also Amanda Kessel, another NWHL player, and Olympian who recently just won Gold for the United States.
So I thought this picture was just a cool throwback because of all the @NWHL players (and now a gold medalist! )...but based on my twitter feed today, someone discovered we were also teammates with a Korean pop star @RVsmtown. Talk about #dynasty https://t.co/svAGKjMKJI

Before becoming one of the biggest talents in K-pop, Red Velvet's Wendy used to live in Canada and the United States. While attending Shattuck-Saint Mary's in Faribault, Minnesota, she was an honor student but also an athlete, going by the name of Wendy Shon.
