Solo artist Jung Seung Hwan is back with his 1st full album 'And Spring', including the MV for his title track, "It's Raining".
The simplistic MV features Jung Seung Hwan in a dark recording studio, accompanied by heavy snow outside as he sings his heart out with his new track, "It's Raining". The song tells the story of a heartbroken man who uses the rain as an excuse to vent his anger and frustration, suffering from his breakup.
