Soyu revealed she changed her vocal style for her new album 'The First Album Part.1 RE:BORN'.

At her solo debut showcase on December 13, the former SISTAR member expressed, "I had so many things I wanted to say, so I worried a lot about my solo debut. I thought I should include songs that could give strength and encouragement, so I changed my vocal style. I put a lot of thought into each track."
She continued, "If I previously sang 90% air with 10% sound, I lessened the air by a lot. I tried to express the meaning of the lyrics."
