Takuya garnered attention in particular by revealing that he was a part of a ramen club during his school days. He also introduced himself as "a person who eats ramen every single day of the week." Furthermore, Takuya amazed with his knowledge of current ramen brands, classic and new, in Korea, and was also helpful in giving the others advice about how to prep, tell apart, and enjoy Japanese ramen brands.�
