After a fansign, a fan posted about a bad experience. He revealed that his favorite member was Jiae, and the manager rushed him on without letting him stay too long with Jiae. While the fan did move on, he glared at the manager, who glared back. The fan, who got upset at the situation, went outside for a bit to cool down. However, when he came back, the manager demanded he follow, took him to the bathroom, and locked the door. The manager placed their hand on the fan's shoulder and asked in informal and threatening language how old he was.
The fan asked why they were speaking in informal terms even though it was their first time meeting, and they went back and forth for a bit before it was revealed that the manager was 27 and the fan 30. They went back and forth for a bit longer and the manager asked the fan what he had said to another manager, and the fan responded by saying why he would be talking to the manager when he was busy talking to Jiae.
After the issue became widespread, Woollim Entertainment issued an apology saying:
Hello, this is Woollim Entertainment.
