Model Han Hye Jin and pro-baseball player Cha Woo Chan revealed to have broken up

Model Han Hye Jin's label Esteem Entertainment confirmed to news outlets on November 9 that Han Hye Jin has parted ways with pro-baseball player Cha Woo Chan. 

In addition to confirming the breakup, the label also said, "The reason for their breakup or the time frame are personal matters, so we cannot determine them." 

Top model Han Hye Jin and LG Twins baseball player Cha Woo Chan admitted they were dating back in May of this year.
