MBC revealed that they were working to make sure there were no breaks in dramas.
Because of the recent general strike, the broadcasting station does not have drama lineups scheduled after the currently scheduled ones are done airing. After February 2018, there are no Monday-Tuesday or Wednesday-Thursday dramas in progress.
MBC stated, "We're still going back to normal so there are no dramas confirmed right now. However, we are preparing to make sure what the staff are worried about will not happen. It's true we cannot make confirmed decisions right now, but everyone is preparing to be able to make decisions [after the new president is elected]. We are trying for the concerns not to become true."
