HyunA gets choked up when JOO auditions on 'The Unit'

JOO received an opportunity to explain why she�decided�to appear on the show before performing. She said, "Honestly, the reason why I wanted to become a singer first was that�I wanted to be an idol and prepared for it. But I ended up making my debut as a ballad singer. I was first hesitant on coming on the show because I thought the general public would be a little taken back or reluctant seeing it as I am a ballad singer. However, I wondered if there would be another opportunity if I don't do it now."

Afterward, JOO performed in front of the mentors and the audience. After performing, HyunA spoke while being choked up seeing her longtime friend in front of her, "I thought it was a good stage for you and everyone else who need a second chance because I saw how happy you looked as soon as the music started."
