MBC responds to reports stating dramas will stop airing due to the ongoing strike

On October 11, MBC responded to reports regarding drama broadcast. 


News sources claimed MBC dramas will be going on hiatus beginning on October 16 in a result of the general strike. However, MBC spoke out in denial. 


A representative from the network stated, "Various news outlets are saying that drama broadcasts will be canceled due to the ongoing strike, however, such reports are false. There won't be any changes made in the broadcast times."

New drama '20th Century Boy and Girl' did experience delay in its broadcast date due to the ongoing strike, however, from now on, all MBC dramas including  'Man Who Sets the Table' 'Bad Thief, Good Thief', 'Hospital Ship', and more are expected to air on its original time and dates without any delays.
