Actress Han Chae Young opened up about balancing her home and work life in a recent interview with TV Report.

Han Chae Young married at the age of 28 in 2007 to businessman Choi Dong Joon, and they welcomed a son in 2013. She said of married life, "After getting married and living a stable life, I have way more of an optimistic mindset. Because of that, I was able to challenge myself to new things like 'Unnies Slam Dunk', and I enjoyed showing my actual personality. I'm constantly trying to balance my personal life and my life as an actress. My 5-year-old son doesn't even know I'm an actress. He just thinks I'm a normal person who comes out on TV because I sing well."
As for whether she regrets getting married in her twenties, Han Chae Young responded, "I've never regretted it, but I think it would've been okay to get married later too. I don't want to return to life before marriage. It's been 11 years since I've gotten married, so I do think that it would've been okay if I had married later. Still, I've never regretted it. After getting married and having a child, I do my best in everything and enjoy even the smallest things. My heart is very comfortable. I'm able to be thankful for small joys."
