On October 14 and 15, BTS held '2017 BTS Live Trilogy Episode III The Wings Tour In Japan ~ Special Edition ~' at the Osaka City Dome. On these two days, over 80,000 fans were in attendance to show support and love for the group.
It has been reported that the group performed all their hits and even performed them in Japanese versions for the fans. Additionally, BTS made a surprise announcement that they will be releasing a Japan original song for their 8th single on December 6. BTS expressed their gratitude and happiness during the concert as well, "We're honored to be standing on such a huge stage performing for everyone. More than anything else, we were happy to be able to spend time with our fans, ARMY. We won't ever forget this moment and will continue to grow."
