'The Unit' will be giving birth to two idol groups.
The KBS idol rebooting show will feature 18 winners - 9 girls and 9 boys. There's so far no information about which unit will debut first, the girls or the boys, but that's sure to be revealed on the show.

The creators of 'The Unit' revealed idols from 90 different entertainment agencies are participating in the show. They stated, "We deliver a message of appreciation to the precious individuals from 90 different agencies who decided to participate. You'll be able to watch the participants' limitless talent and potential through the program."
The first open audience recording of 'The Unit' is scheduled for September 29 and 30. The first episode of the show will be broadcasting on October 28.
