Shindong is back to dieting leading up to Super Junior's comeback!

On September 18, Super Junior's Shindong posted a photo of himself in prayer mode, announcing that he has gone back to dieting!

The packet on his forehead seems to be some type of new dietary supplement the idol will be trying for his latest slim down.
