Lee Hi teared up talking about lack of promotions.
She was a guest on the 20th's episode of 'Party People'. She chose not being able to do what she wanted the most as the thing that pained her the most. She said, "I wanted to sign so much, and I wanted to sing so much in front of fans, but I wasn't free to do so. I signed with my label through an audition program, and I was able to release an album quickly because the CEO thought well of me. After that, I thought I was lacking and that I needed practice, but I didn't know that time would be so long."
She said, "My teens passed completely and I stepped into my 20s, and I still didn't have an album. I thought to myself, 'When would I be able to sing again?'." After, she sang "Breathe", the song she'd released after a long, long break. She teared up singing the song and Baek Ah Yeon hugged her to comfort her.
