Solo artist Shannon recently shared some of her secret tips to maintaining a healthy bod with 'Cosmopolitan' magazine!
The singer looked tough in a teaser cut from the upcoming 'Cosmopolitan' issue, dressed ready for a fight in the ring.

She mentioned, "I began boxing after appearing on 'K-Pop Star' season 6. Since I use my waist a lot when boxing, trying to avoid my opponent's sudden attacks, I developed some muscle around my waist area."
Meanwhile, Shannon is gearing up for a new album for the first time in three years!
