Shannon is making a comeback!

On June 19, MBK Entertainment confirmed that Shannon is returning with a new album for the first time since 'Eighteen' in 2015. It's also revealed that she's scheduled to film an MV for her new title track this week.

An insider commented, "Shannon is focusing hard on her album preparation since she's making a comeback after a long time. She's in preparation as if she's debuting again."

Shannon will be releasing her new album on June 27 at 6 p.m. (KST).

She was a solo artist long before DIA debut, she made her fame as on Star King, 9 years ago, when she was a kid, and later went on to debut as a solo artist but her songs wasnt that popular on the charts, and she went on Kpop Star Season 6, as a "last chance" because i think MBK was like going to terminate her contract due to her album "failures" but she managed to get into the final 4 and got some fame in Kpop Star so i guess MBK is giving her another comeback to see if the album will be a success this time.

i thought her contract with MBK has been terminated. MBK should have let her go. MBK treatment of their artist is so bad that i wish they all left the company.
