Great news VIPs! You might have heard that the '2018 Winter Olympics' are going to be held in Pyeongchang, South Korea, and who better to represent Korea to the world than�Big Bang's Taeyang?
A representative of the organization committee stated on June 19, "Singer Taeyang of Big Bang has been appointed as an honorary ambassador for the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics. �An appointment ceremony will be held on June 21 at the Korean Press Center in Seoul."

In addition to Taeyang, a total of 30 ambassadors have been selected for the 2018 Pyeongchang�Olympics.
Eight of the ambassadors are from the performing arts section which includes soprano Jo Soo Mi, actors Kim Woo Bin and Lee Min Ho, photographer Jo Jae Hyun and more.
