Big Bang's G-Dragon is accused of plagiarizing ''iSpy'' by American rapper KYLE for his latest solo album 'Kwon Ji Yong' according to an exclusive by Segye Ilbo.

It's claimed that G-Dragon's track titled ''Intro: Middle Fingers Up'' sounds greatly similar to KYLE's ''iSpy'' featuring Lil Yachty. Netizens are claiming that the piano melody is the same.

Some netizens reacted with comments, "Again?", "I guess it's true since YG is not saying anything about the issue", "I'm not even surprised anymore..", "How many times with the plagiarism."

Meanwhile, other netizens defended G-Dragon, saying, "You can't call it plagiarism only because it's a little similar", "Wtf.. Where is the plagiarized part?", "Some of his older accused songs may have been similar but this is a reach", "Leave G-Dragon alone."

shyloone Saturday, July 1, 2017

I think some people really need to know what Plagiarism is before they even comment look it up, first of all this article aint about BTS so dont even bring them into this article, an second this song aint even plagiarized,

baeklu_yehet Saturday, July 1, 2017

if people are gunna be so damn picky about plargarizing then they're gunna have to say ALL songs plagarize a different song in some way 🙄 cuz honestly you can BARELY hear those notes in "Ispy" so everyone please relax your asses and enjoy music 🙏🏼

Sanghun Saturday, July 1, 2017

does kpop not ? thats why we called it royalty,

prettychristinna Saturday, July 1, 2017

Bts plagiarize everything even hand cream and nobody said nothing.-.-

HarryBJ prettychristinna Saturday, July 1, 2017

Yeah, nobody said anything huh, so the BTS disband trend started by some arrogant VIPs was a joke right, those arrogant VIPs showed love to BTS by trending them to disband

HarryBJ prettychristinna Saturday, July 1, 2017

Come outside of the rock shelter ur living in

L_catzzz prettychristinna Saturday, July 1, 2017

Please stop. "Plagiarize" is a serious accusation. And people did say something about it. There's even an akp thread for that hand cream. Just let it go. This article had nothing to do with Bts.

NoonaVip HarryBJ Saturday, July 1, 2017

Sadly you fall for trolls. If you ever have any control of your one sided perception at all, visit an actual Big Bang fan site. VIPs has never done stupid shit like that. AT least the real ones don't. Worry about your fandom first before calling anybody arrogant. You guys are a hot topic 24-7 more than BTS sucess lately. Do damage control there.

HarryBJ NoonaVip Saturday, July 1, 2017

I think u need glasses, I said arrogant VIP in my comments, I know all VIPs aren't like that

NoonaVip HarryBJ Saturday, July 1, 2017

Then what are you here worried about arrogant people for? You seek revenge upon arrogant people as your mission? Well I'm here to tell you that we generally do not dislike BTS and most of us do not disrespect them and their craft. Are you going to run with this info or are you going to still rant in claims that you have nothing against GD?

Roro1901 prettychristinna Saturday, July 1, 2017

Sweety bts aren't in charge of hand creams. Not even bighit. It's the company that makes it who is in charge. And tons of kpop groups releases handcreams

shyloone prettychristinna Saturday, July 1, 2017

Why are you bringing BTS into this,

lizrosee Saturday, July 1, 2017

Well it is kinda similar, but honestly it reminded me more of The Pursuit of Happiness by Kid Cudi...

SicaLicka Saturday, July 1, 2017

player haters....

crystalCassie91 Saturday, July 1, 2017

Well, almost every song of Big Bang and the members solos sounds really similar to some American song.. It's not the first time I turned on the radio and thought it was Big Bang only to find out that it was a similar American song... But they are never similar enough to call it plagiarism.. It's like they are the sources of inspiration, but this only shoes that Big Bang and GD aren't very original.. Because they always sound really similar..

JeanaKJY crystalCassie91 Saturday, July 1, 2017

I think you meant to say that there's always some American song that sounds really similar to BigBang. It's like Bigbang are sources of inspiration but it isn't similar enough to call it plagiarism. This only shows that those American songs aren't very original. I totally agree with you. :")

crystalCassie91 JeanaKJY Sunday, July 2, 2017

lol.. I would have liked to think that myself.. Don't get me wrong.. I really like Big Bang.. They are legends of kpop... but the only problem is, all those songs were released waaaaaaaaay before Big Bang released theirs.. soooo... yeah.

vlite Saturday, July 1, 2017

That's it?only the intro music lasted for a few seconds only?and here i thought it's like at least 30 seconds similar since they call it plagiarism

Ryen vlite Saturday, July 1, 2017

It's not a few seconds, though. That particular melody could be heard throughout the entire song.

shyloone Ryen Saturday, July 1, 2017

actually no you just think you are hearing the melody, because you want too,

Ryen shyloone Saturday, July 1, 2017

Or you just didn't hear it because you didn't want to. It doesn't matter what I think, though. It all comes down to what the judge thinks, that is, if this ever goes to trial (which, in this case, would be very unlikely).

shyloone Ryen Monday, July 3, 2017

why would it even go to trial Kyle even said it aint plagarism

Ryen shyloone Monday, July 3, 2017

You didn't see the time stamp? That comment was posted before news about Kyle came out. Besides, I never said GD plagiarized it. Learn to read.

Funky_Angel Saturday, July 1, 2017

He has A LOT of plagiarism accusations since Heartbreaker tbh, js.

Kingfucius Funky_Angel Saturday, July 1, 2017

And Lies, This Love, Gara Gara Go, Butterfly etc... yeah we VIPs have countless of bad memories about plagiarism accusations, some are plain ridiculous and some are more serious. I think because of all of those more serious accusations, a lot of people are now scrutinizing BBs new music carefully and actively trying to find instances of plagiarization. It sucks!

MADclowns Kingfucius Saturday, July 1, 2017

Yeah the piano part is definitely the same... Pretty nice song actually :P But it was prop legal tho?
