It seems Big Hit Entertainment is facing issues surrounding the illegal distribution of their label artists' copyrights, including portrait rights, copyright, name rights, creative work, etc.

The label has issued an official warning to fans and businesses alike in Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese. The warning cautions businesses, who may be contacted by unknown parties trying to sell BTS's copyright and trying to sub-license the artists' brand without Big Hit's consent. The warning also goes out to fans, who may come to consume products illegally licensed by 3rd parties.
