SF9 and Cross Gene have a fierce cover battle on 'Weekly Idol'

The May 10 episode of MBC Every1's 'Weekly Idol' welcomed idol stars SF9 and Cross Gene to the show.

Both boy groups presented a lively atmosphere as they showed off their unique skills and dance moves in a funny cover dance.

The battle was fierce as you can see in the video below.

Takuya and CROSS GENE in general are under a Japanese agency, Amuse, which also holds huge acts like Perfume, Babymetal and One Ok Rock. Takuya is the first fully Japanese idol in K-Pop, as CROSS GENE debuted in 2012. CROSS GENE were formed as Project A in 2011 to bring the b3 East Asian countries of China, Japan and Korea together via music. I'm so proud that they actively promote love and unity of the soul.

He entered the industry in Japan under Amuse, Inc. He later transferred to the company's subsidiary branch 'Amuse Korea' to join CROSS GENE. Its members are from the different East Asian countries. So I guess you could say he's the Japanese representative haha
