It was been revealed that Jo In Sung will be taking on the role of general Yang Man Chun. 'Ansi Fortress' takes place during the Goguryeo Era as soldiers fight to protect their territory from invaders.

Jo In Sung commented, "Film 'Ansi Fortress' will allow viewers to look back on the history and deep message revolving around the country during that time frame. I was especially moved by the charismatic leading character as well as the captivating scenario."
Studio & New has produced various hit dramas and films like 'Descendants of the Sun' and 'Train to Busan' as the company is looking to work with 'Ansi Fortress' starting this August. The film is slated for a 2018 release.
