MBCwill be taking at least 2 billion KRW (approximately 1.7 million USD) of losses, while viewers are forced to take a break from hit variety show 'Infinity Challenge'.

With 'Infinity Challenge' on a hiatus since January 28, the number of ads that were sold between 6:25 PM and 8PM on the channel has dropped over 50%.

For every episode of 'Infinity Challenge', there are 40 CFs attached to the show. A weekend prime time ad slot costs 13.5 million KRW (approximately 12,000 USD) for the 15 second slot, so each episode brings in about 540 million KRW (approximately 480,000 USD).
